The Blinc International team has experience in delivering over 90 charity related events and functions to the marketplace as well as a number of awards functions and PR launches.
Since 2007 Blinc has the contract to produce the Myer supplier of the year awards evenings at Crown in Melbourne for 1150 people. Blinc’s duties include booking the venue, negotiating the menu and corkage fee structures, organising all entertainment including bands, MC, the running order for the evening, VIP, regular and individual ticket sales, coordinating a staff of 15 people on the evening, managing table placements, guest lists, RSVPS, room set-up, bump in, bump out, follow up thank you letters and all event management aspects to ensure a smooth running event.
Since 2008 Blinc has had the agreement to organise and implement the Rebel Sport Let’s Play Charity Dinner. In addition to traditional event management, Blinc also organise silent auction items, live auction items, arranges for an auctioneer, manages the charity appeal and all fundraising elements.
